The Story Behind YOR Health Co-Founder Dennis Wong

In Health and Beauty on July 30, 2013 at 8:45 am

_DSC0059_resizeDennis Wong and his sister are the co-founders of YOR Health, a nutritional products company that has improved the health of numerous Americans. YOR Health is just the latest in a series of successful business ventures for Dennis Wong. Dennis Wong of YOR Health describes the unlikely journey of his carefully assembled team as they attained their goals in the nutritional products world.

Q: How did the story of YOR Health begin?

Dennis Wong: A friend and mentor from China was essential in providing expertise and invaluable advice.

Q: What industry did he recommend becoming involved in?

Dennis Wong: This mentor was supportive in the establishment of a real estate development firm and general contracting company.

Q: What was the name of this company?

Dennis Wong: The company was called Vision Builders. It served the Los Angeles area for 11 years.

Q: How was this success attained?

Dennis Wong: The team positioned itself to purchase substantial amounts of foreclosure properties from the banks when the real estate market crashed.

Q: Why not stay in this field?

Dennis Wong: As the real estate market began to suffer in the United States, the China real estate market was exploding. Therefore, investments were redirected to China.

Q: What types of business trends were prevalent at the time?

Dennis Wong: There was a new trend emerging that involved reselling long distance.

Q: What developed from following this new trend?

Dennis Wong: A telephone company of which I was a part in China grew revenues by more than 150 percent due to the team’s efforts.

Q: How was this knowledge applied to other projects?

Dennis Wong: Eventually the team taught the new corporate management team of this company how to rebuild an effective infrastructure, which completely revolutionized their business operations.

Q:  What circumstances contributed to this success?

Dennis Wong: Through the core value of relationships the company was revitalized.

Q: What was the core mission of all businesses improved by the team?

Dennis Wong: The emphasis was on building great relationships, which is imperative for long lasting business.

Q: What happened next?

Dennis Wong: By 2000, the long distance industry had run its course. The decision was made to open our own network marketing company to take advantage of another trend: the Internet boom.

Q: What did the company offer?

Dennis Wong: From 2000-2007 this network marketing company offered various Internet products and services such as web hosting, email services, e-commerce shopping, dial-up Internet service and voice over Internet service.

Q: What partnerships were established from this new company?

Dennis Wong: In 2005, the company held contracts with a few of the largest voice over Internet providers and had a larger reselling territory footprint than Vonage.

Q: What areas were included in this coverage?

Dennis Wong: The company covered most of North America, while Vonage only covered the United States. However in 2007, the company’s monopoly in the voice over Internet industry began to fizzle out.

Q: What was learned from this shift?

Dennis Wong: We determined that these products and services were just not sustainable. The one sustainable aspect is the sales team, so then the focus shifted toward new products in the marketplace.

Q: Why do these team members succeed?

Dennis Wong: They prevail because of the incredible support among all team members and the feeling that they are valued as members of our family.

Q: How will YOR Health progress in the future?

Dennis Wong: The company is firmly entrenched in this new expanding industry as far as network marketing. The innovative products of YOR Health are all presented from this unique marketing platform.

Adjusting a Diet to Promote Weight Loss

In Health and Beauty on June 14, 2013 at 10:12 am

presentationsolutionsFor people hoping to lose weight, a few healthy habits can contribute greatly to their success.

Maintaining a regular sleep schedule is an essential factor in fending off weight gain. Those who average less than five hours of sleep each night are at the most risk for what nutritionists refer to as “center weighted fat.” This type of fat is one that is prominent in the midsection. Just a few added pounds can make a big difference. Those who do not get enough sleep often find themselves riddled with visceral fat. Visceral fat surrounds the organs and causes a number of life-threatening diseases such as diabetes and stroke.

The added sugar in fruit juices and sodas is another major contributor to weight gain.  An alarming number of Americans are suffering from early diabetes due to their large consumption of these unhealthy drinks. Switching out one soda per day with a glass of water will save a person nearly 55,000 calories each year. The resulting caloric deficit averages out to almost 27 pounds during a 12-month period.

The fructose in most sugary beverages will cause the pancreas to produce abundant amounts of insulin, which contributes to the number of diabetes cases in the United States. Although most people consider it a good alternative, the consumption of diet soda will inhibit the brain from processing caloric intake due to its sweetness.

Water is still the best way to go. Water allows for better cellular rejuvenation while saturating the cells and flushing out unhealthy toxins. It is recommended that adults drink 48-64 ounces of water each day.

Healthy fats like monounsaturated and saturated fats – as well as Omega-3s – are actually good for the body. However, it is best to stay away from trans fats. Trans fats are most prevalent in margarines and spreads, frozen foods and sugary desserts. Hydrogenated and partially hydrogenated fats, which are often found in processed foods like donuts and cookies and in fried foods, also have an ill effect on the body.

By following a few simple tips, the dream of weight loss can soon become a reality.

Integrity Spas on the Types of Spa Models

In Health and Beauty on June 12, 2013 at 6:59 pm

Integrity-Spas-Fiji-TV-Hot-Tub-Spa2Located in Leawood, Kansas, Integrity Spas is the nation’s premier online retailer of luxury, custom-built spas. Integrity Spas provides a full line of luxurious portable spas. Here, an Integrity Spas spokesperson answers questions about the variety of hot tub models and how to choose the right one.

Q. Of all the different Integrity Spas hot tub model options, what are the basic types to choose from?

Integrity Spas: Hot tubs come in a dizzying array of shapes and sizes with lots of options. The number of choices and features can be confusing, but there are some questions a buyer can ask us at Integrity Spas to make the decision easier.

Q. What kind of questions?

Integrity Spas: First, let’s look at seating configuration: The first thing to think about is how many people are going to be using the spa. There’s no reason to purchase an eight-person spa if just one or two people will use it regularly. The larger the spa the more water, chemicals and energy are needed to maintain it, and the bigger space it requires.

Q. Are there different kinds of seats?

Integrity Spas: Hot tubs generally come with a choice of lounge seats, contoured seating or open bench style seating. Lounge seats allow a person to lie back and relax. Contoured seats envelope a person much like a recliner chair with jets in all the right places to provide a fantastic hydrotherapy massage. But with contoured seating, it’s harder to move around as freely and you can’t add more people than seats. On the other hand, open or bench type seating allows more freedom of movement along with the opportunity to fit more people into the spa by sharing seats. Integrity Spas has models that feature each type and some in combination.

Q. What about accessories?

Integrity Spas: There are Integrity Spas with ozonators, salt systems, UV systems, stereos and even TVs. But buyers should understand their purposes and whether they’ll need those features.

Q. Can you describe some for us?

Integrity Spas: An ozonator, for example, is a device that generates ozone gas that is injected in the water to keep water cleaner and clearer. Ozone is pH neutral and naturally kills bacteria in the spa. Ozonators are upgrades on most spas, but ozonators come standard in all Integrity Spas tubs. Ozonators do not replace chemicals but they do significantly reduce the amount of chemicals needed to maintain an Integrity Spas unit.

Q. What is a salt system?

Integrity Spas: Salt systems take salt that is added into the hot tub water and turn it into pure bromine to sanitize the spa. Integrity Spas offers the ISIS Bromine Generator as an upgrade.

Q. How about a UV system?

Integrity Spas: Ultraviolet light systems are relatively new. They generate UV-C or germicidal ultraviolet to treat 99.9 percent of the waterborne pathogens in water. Basically, a high intensity UV light bombards the water in the spa. UV systems are relatively inexpensive and are available as an upgrade on all Integrity Spas.

Q. Anything else you’d like to add?

Integrity Spas: Integrity Spas offers a full line of spas that feature a built in TV, DVD and stereo system. The entertainment system adds a whole new way of enjoying your Integrity Spas hot tub in your new outdoor oasis.

CrossFit: An Outstanding Fitness Program

In Health and Beauty on June 5, 2013 at 4:03 pm

According to numerous fitness trainers, CrossFit is the perfect program for individuals regardless of their current levels of fitness or their overwhelming schedules. The CrossFit fitness program has become the standard for numerous military training and law enforcement programs throughout the United States. By requiring a broad range of movements, CrossFit provides an all-inclusive training program that other workouts don’t.

The CrossFit program presents a mixture of body weight exercise, aerobic exercise, Olympic weight lifting and gymnastics. Workouts are generally short—30 minutes or less—with intense movements. CrossFit is featured in more than 6,000 gyms across the country. It also serves as a regular routine for high school and college sports teams, as well as the Miami Marlins.

The CrossFit program is intended to be personalized, so that it can be enjoyed by both weekend warriors and more casual users. Regardless of past experience, people can adjust the program to fit their own comfort zones and unique capabilities. The CrossFit program demands various degrees of intensity, and not different forms of activity.

In fact, the whole family can follow the CrossFit program. Even small children have found it to be an interesting exercise adventure. Teaching the importance of exercise to children early is an effective way to curb childhood obesity. These lessons could also prevent future illnesses like heart disease and diabetes.

The CrossFit program can be completed either in a CrossFit training complex, or at home with nominal equipment. A CrossFit certified trainer assists trainees as they embark along the road to wellness. Those who choose to start the CrossFit program at home are advised that it is a powerful workout, and it must be practiced with care in the beginning stages.

CrossFit is a physically demanding and effective workout and should be considered as a major step toward personal growth and change. Many first-time users discover that the Workout of the Day (WOD) is the most difficult aspect of CrossFit. Beginners must start slowly and visit the CrossFit website at crossfit.com for more information. The website maintains message boards for questions or advice.

Mallory Fleming Explains the History of Volleyball

In Health and Beauty on June 3, 2013 at 6:13 pm

Mallory FlemingAs a competitive player for more than 10 years, Mallory Fleming has studied the history of volleyball and its various incarnations. In this interview with Presentation Solutions, Mallory Fleming describes standard rules and regulations and discusses the sport’s international popularity.

Presentation Solutions: What’s the basic premise of volleyball?

Mallory Fleming: A court is divided in half by a net. Each team features six players on either side of the net, separated into two rows: front and back. The objective is to return the ball to the other side successfully within three hits.

Presentation Solutions: Are there different rules in other countries?

Mallory Fleming: Although minor differences exist depending on the competitive level, most international, national and domestic leagues use the same setup.

Presentation Solutions: How do players accomplish this?

Mallory Fleming: Players must use an approved motion—either overhand or underhand—to strike the ball. To return the ball successfully, the team must avoid hitting it out of bounds or into the net. Also, if the ball hits the ground before the return, the other team receives a point.

Presentation Solutions: What actions are prohibited?

Mallory Fleming: Players are not permitted to catch or hold the ball. Blocking serves is against the rules as well.

Presentation Solutions: When did volleyball’s popularity spread?

Mallory Fleming: In the 1940s, the American-based sport became more widely played in Europe, Asia and the Caribbean.

Presentation Solutions: Is there a leading volleyball organization?

Mallory Fleming: The World Volleyball League was created in 1990 to provide a platform for the sport’s athletes and administrators.

Presentation Solutions: What other forms of volleyball are there?

Mallory Fleming: Beach volleyball has quickly developed into an international favorite, with the first official league beginning in Southern California in the early 1950s.

Presentation Solutions: What about volleyball in the Olympics?

Mallory Fleming: Volleyball made its Olympic debut at the 1964 Games in Tokyo. Beach volleyball appeared at the Olympics in 1996.

Many of them have become Independent Representatives (IRs) and are eager to share their YORHealth experiences with the world.

Concepcion Aguillon and Suzy Wan are just two of the many team members who are passionate about YORHealth. Here, they share their stories.

Concepcion Aguillon, Monterrey, NL Mexico

I come from a unique family. My father didn’t finish elementary school and in spite of that he built his own company where he worked from 4 am to 8 pm. He came home very tired. He only had dinner and went to bed. My mother, a teacher with great vocation, worked a double shift. My brother has always been a great support.

My mother told us that in order to be successful in life you have to study hard and work hard. My father got me into a private school with many sacrifices, but they couldn’t afford to buy me the clothes, school supplies and the rest of what that kind of school required.

When I got to school I was the object of mocking and discrimination. I felt devaluated and excluded because everyone else had those things, but I didn’t. I used to come home angry with my mother and she would tell me, “Turn a deaf ear to foolish comments”. Following this phrase I pushed myself away from people because I linked them to the pain and suffering I was feeling. I was closed off and couldn’t open up to other people because I was afraid they would hurt me again.

I studied electronic systems engineering because it was not popular. I thought, “Fewer people around me, less risk of getting hurt.”

I came out of college with an arrogant, despotic, and cynical attitude. I founded my own company and made some very bad decisions. I couldn’t connect with people. I started to lose a lot of money and I felt frustrated. My self-esteem was dropping at the same time that the balance of my bank account was collapsing. There were days when I used to wake up feeling anxious and with my heart racing.

It was then when someone shared the YORHealth opportunity with me. At first I saw

a different way to make a lot of money, and I got excited! Shortly after I met Paco Hernandez at YORHealth, a total stranger to me, he became a great friend and a mentor of life. He has always challenged me to grow as a person.

Later after I met the YORHealth founder Dennis Wong for the first time, a very deep feeling of being able to work with him and learn from him had emerged. During my career at YORHealth I met Marcela Jotar, my girlfriend and a great emotional teacher. I feel happy to have a team at YORHealth that is more than a team, it’s a family that inspires me to give the best of me.

I have regained my physical, financial and emotional health. I can connect with people now. My purpose through YORHealth is to bring guidance and support to every person who wants a fulfilled and abundant lifestyle based in trust and happiness.

Suzy Wan, Pasadena, CA United States

For a poor immigrant kid from Hong Kong who started out in life living in LA, living in a one-bedroom apartment with a family of 10, 4 years into my business at YORHealth, my life now is a dream.

Since YORHealth, my typical day starts off with a walk with my awesome dog Lucky, and yoga (which I love because it brings inner peace and balance). I work my own hours from the comfort of my home office, yet I have YORHealth friends and business all over the world.

I purchased my dream home – a tranquil and meditative oasis completely surrounded by nature and a running creek. I just turned 50 and I feel younger and happier than ever.

God Bless my mom. Despite some real challenges, she worked hard so her children could have a better chance. Because I witnessed her hardships, I was determined to find a way not to be poor.

I focused on finding opportunity. At age 18, I moved out on my own, and worked in retail. Then I worked in commercial real estate for 10 years. During that time I met an ambitious young sister and brother team, Sophia and Dennis, who forever changed my life. They came from a similar background, but defied the odds to become highly successful in whatever they did. They taught me to think bigger and become an entrepreneur. We did real estate deals together, and became good friends.

One day they came to me with an opportunity to work together at YORHealth to build a business that could offer residual income so we could have financial freedom. That was the beginning of my entrepreneurial journey – and joining YORHealth was the best decision in my life. My health and lifestyle are great. But most importantly, thanks to the many years of coaching and mentoring from the YORHealth founder, Mr. Dennis Wong, I’ve rediscovered myself. I’ve rid myself of so much fear that was imbedded in my subconscious mind, blocking me from fully experiencing life and connecting with people. My personal relationships are richer, better and healthier than ever. I understand now that true freedom and happiness come from within. They come from having physical, financial and spiritual balance in life.

Thanks to my entire YORHealth team, as none of this would be possible without you. Many have been with me for years, through ups and downs. We have stuck with it because we share the same dreams and goals – sharing happiness with others. Thanks to the YORHealth Founder’s vision to create a company and a Mission that makes a positive impact on the world.

Omega-3 Fats Are Essential to Good Health

In Health and Beauty on April 9, 2013 at 6:14 am

Some people may find it difficult to believe that fat is crucial to good health, but it’s true.

Fatty acids are critical for the normal production and functioning of cells, organs, nerves, and muscles. Essential fatty acids (EFAs) are necessary to everyone’s diet. Because the body doesn’t produce them, these fatty acids must be obtained from food. However, in order to get enough Omega-3 fats from food it would be necessary to eat large amounts of fish such as sardines, herring, trout, anchovies and wild salmon. The majority of people don’t eat enough fish and those that do often don’t eat the right type of fish.

Other good sources of Omega-3 fatty acids are dark green leafy vegetables, walnuts, and flaxseed. Since Omega-3 fatty acids obtained from vegetarian sources isn’t processed as easily as the Omega-3 fatty acids found in fish, a daily supplement of fish oil capsules is a viable alternative for vegetarians or for those who aren’t fond of fish.

Omega-3 fats have numerous health benefits. Research indicates it can lower triglycerides and boost heart health. Studies have also found it can benefit patients with depression, age-related memory problems, anxiety, and rheumatoid arthritis. Omega-3 fats have been utilized to help stabilize heartbeat and reduce blood pressure and joint inflammation. In addition, clinical studies show Omega-3 is essential for vision development in infants and may help protect adults from macular degeneration and glaucoma.

The standard American diet contains large amounts of processed food and meat which contain substantial amounts of Omega-6, or bad fatty acids. This appears to be a factor in the cause of a number of serious health problems. One of the best ways to improve diet is to eat fewer foods that are high in Omega-6 fatty acids and eat more foods that are rich in Omega-3 fatty acids.

In order to decrease the amount of Omega-6 fatty acids, avoid highly processed and fried foods. Many cooking oils are very high in Omega-6 fatty acids. Trans-fats interfere with the body’s absorption of Omega-3 and may contribute to a number of serious diseases such as heart disease, cancer, high blood pressure, atherosclerosis, obesity, diabetes, arthritis, and immune system disorders.

In summary, if sufficient Omega-3 fats cannot be obtained through food, a supplement is recommended. Before using any supplement, always talk with a doctor. She or he may have specific recommendations regarding supplements as it pertains to individual health concerns and prescription medications.

YOR Health Reveals Qualities for Successful Leadership

In Health and Beauty on April 4, 2013 at 4:12 pm
YOR Health

YOR Health

Irvine, California-based YOR Health is a company on the move. With hundreds of Independent Representatives across the globe, the company is bringing health and wellness to those who need it most. YOR Health offers its network of Independent Representatives the opportunity to create happiness and wealth while helping others achieve their health and nutrition goals. In this brief article, the team at YOR Health discusses several key qualities necessary for successful leadership.

We often say that the strength of YOR Health is its people—and that is true. In any organization, its leadership is what provides the guidance, support, and inspiration to leverage that strength to achieve maximum success. Certainly, without its leadership, YOR Health would not be in the successful position it is in today.

Victim or Victimizer?

Often, says YOR Health, people find themselves stuck in the position of Victim or Victimizer. Neither position is desirable from the standpoint of leadership, however. It takes great personal strength to break the karmic cycle that would have us stay in these positions of Victim or Victimizer into which we have been cast, reflects YOR Health.

Victor

The true leader – whether at YOR Health or elsewhere – has risen above these roles and occupies a third position, the role of Victor. The most fundamental characteristic of the Victor is this: he or she takes responsibility for everything in his or her life. By doing so, he or she is never the victim, according to YOR Health. All that exists in the world of the Victor is to identify challenges and to conquer them.

Discover a New Version of You

A YOR Health leader is someone who serves his or her community, acting as a teacher and a trusted support to others. Our leaders have a commitment to the team and are ready to get out there and show others how to grow to become successful leaders themselves. More than anything, a YOR Health leader inspires others to want to grow and to better themselves.

YOR Health believes each person has the potential for leadership. All it takes is the right opportunity and the right environment to nurture that leadership potential.

YOR Health wants to help IRs grow as people and become leaders. YOR Health commits to improving your life in three key ways: financially, physically and mentally. It can safely be said that YOR Health leaders are students for life, always open for greater learning, greater understanding. At the annual YOR Health Leaders’ Summit (YLS), leaders will train attendees for leadership by showing them how to become the best version of self that is possible. By focusing on mental / emotional / spiritual growth, YOR Health believes that all other important areas of life will be improved as well – and not just as an IR for YOR Health. If you have the desire to grow as a person on every level, this is by far the most powerful vehicle available anywhere.

YOR Health Leaders Lay Foundation for Others

It must also be said that YOR Health’s leaders are both humanistic and pragmatic. Many people have the desire to “help others.” Our leaders understand that in order to truly help others, we must first take care of ourselves; we must build a solid foundation from which we can go forth and have something to offer that will be able to make a positive difference in the world.

YOR Health cites two different schools of thought in leadership that can be summarized as “outside in” and “inside out.” “Outside in” means understanding how others think and how to reach and inspire them. “Inside out” means understanding self, so that one can be solid and clear enough in his or her purpose so that he or she can continuously inspire and develop those who follow.

Both are crucial to genuine YOR Health leadership.

Finally, an inspiring leader is defined by his or her passion—passion for product, passion for company, passion for life. YOR Health provides a vehicle for bringing out the passion in each individual by offering an amazing product that benefits people, an amazing community that inspires individuals to new heights, and a company culture that ultimately is a celebration of life.

True leadership is the most rewarding activity in life and YOR Health encourages Independent Representatives to take on this challenge.

Q&A with Veterinarian Dr. Charles L. Starr III – Pets and Weight Management

In Health and Beauty, Pets on January 20, 2013 at 8:06 am
Charles L. Starr III

Charles L. Starr III

Q: Charles L. Starr III, how do I know if my pet is overweight?

Charles L. Starr III: If you are not able to see your pet’s waistline, it may be in need of shedding a few pounds. Your veterinarian can weigh the pet on its next visit and let you know for certain.

Q: Are obese pets common?

Charles L. Starr III: Unfortunately, we are definitely seeing more and more pets with weight issues daily. This can interfere with a routine check up.

Q: Why do you think pet weight-gain is on the rise?

Charles L. Starr III: Animals throughout history stored fat during prosperous times in preparation for periods of famine. Today, pets ingest nutritional, high-calorie food daily, and many of them do not get enough exercise.

Q: What are pet owners doing wrong?

Charles L. Starr III: We love to give our pet food and treats. But calories add up quickly. Less-than-active lifestyles also contribute. Excess energy turns directly to fat.

Q: Why is weight management for my dogs important?

Charles L. Starr III: In addition to arthritis, diabetes, and breathing problems, excess weight may shorten a dog’s lifespan by up to two full years.

Q: I have a teacup poodle. How can pet owners tell if a tiny pet has a problem?

Charles L. Starr III: We can determine the amount of a pet’s body fat through a body condition score (BCS). This numbered report shows the amount of accumulated fat. Some systems use a five-point scale. A BCS count of one point shows a pet is too thin while high-end numbers indicate that a pet is overweight.

Q: Where do I begin in helping my pet lose weight?

Charles L. Starr III: First, understand that caloric intake versus spent energy is key to any weight loss program. Make a list of the items you currently feed your pet and visit your veterinarian. Pets need fewer calories, but not fewer nutrients. We offer low-calorie, nutritionally balanced pet foods.

Q: What kinds of exercise do you recommend for house pets that are cooped up all day long?

Charles L. Starr III: For cats, feather toys or laser pointers work well. Lengthen your dog’s walks each day and toss toys for retrieval.

Q: How much weight should my pet lose?

Charles L. Starr III: Pets should not lose more than 2% of their body weight each week.

A good BCS score and health improvement are the goal here, not pounds. Think healthy lifestyle management.

Marla Ahlgrimm Discusses Alternative Treatments for PMS

In Health and Beauty on January 15, 2013 at 7:53 am
Marla Ahlgrimm

Marla Ahlgrimm

Marla Ahlgrimm realizes that many women suffer from premenstrual symptoms every month. Marla Ahlgrimm, a pharmacist based in Madison, Wisconsin, says that many turn to over-the-counter medications to manage symptoms such as anxiety, cravings for sweets, and fluid retention.

A pioneer in the field of PMS, Marla Ahlgrimm has worked to help women cope with the syndrome since the late 1970s, first through Madison Pharmacy Associates and later Women’s Health America, which she founded to focus on women health. Marla Ahlgrimm remembers that in the early days, doctors weren’t sure how to manage these symptoms, since PMS had not yet been defined in America.

Over the years, Marla Ahlgrimm has found that diet and lifestyle modifications can help women regain control of monthly symptoms. Part of treatment, Marla Ahlgrimm tells us, is an understanding what causes these symptoms.

According to Marla Ahlgrimm, one of the more uncomfortable consequences of PMS is water weight gain. Many women find that their fingers swell and clothing feels tighter. Marla Ahlgrimm says this may be due in part to the rise of estrogen during the second half of the menstrual cycle.

One dietary change Marla Ahlgrimm often recommends is limiting sugar intake during the days leading up to menstruation. While salt often gets the blame, Marla Ahlgrimm believes that cravings for sweets may be the primary culprit. Marla Ahlgrimm recommends cutting back on sugar for a couple of months and noting whether bloating diminishes.

Regular exercise can also make a difference in reducing symptoms due to fluid retention, Marla Ahlgrimm adds. Marla Ahlgrimm points out that even small amounts of exercise like a brisk walk 3 to 4 times a week can have very positive benefits.

Lastly, Marla Ahlgrimm stresses the importance of drinking water. The general recommendation is 48 to 64 ounces of water a day, Marla Ahlgrimm relates, reminding us that water is present in everything we eat, as well.
